01

Client goal

Give HR teams a calm, credible way to run daily surveys, see trends, and act on feedback - without turning analytics into a second job.

02

What we shipped

We owned the product-facing frontend: a component library on Atomic Design, Storybook plus Chromatic for documentation and visual regression, React for the app shell, Playwright for critical user paths, and Jest for fast unit coverage around business rules.

03

Why we built it this way

Surveys change often - new question types, new flows, new compliance copy. A documented design system and automated tests meant the client could iterate weekly without breaking the UI every release.

04

What it gave them

A stable release rhythm, fewer surprise regressions in production, and a UI that marketing and HR could reason about - not a one-off screen bundle that only the original author dared to touch.
